Cheap goods are cheap for a reason! haha.. Firstly, my cheapo hi-fi that i bought is damn lousy la. Which hi-fi resets its volume everytime u switch it off?!?! so irritating to adjust my volume everytime i switch it on! haha.. to compound things.. it came with a useless remote. the remote only allows u to control the cd player, with only the options play pause next etc wat the hell man.. wat remote doesn't have vol controls or a POWER button?!?!?! and i only discovered this after specially buyin the AAA batt.. waste money sia..
Anyways, i saved the best for last. Guess wat? my cheapo alarm clock rings an hr earlier den the pre-set time! One fine morning, i'm awaken by the alarm wondering why i feel so lethargic even though i had slpt early the nite before. without giving it much thought i commenced my morning routine. After washing up, i was stunned to see the time on the clock as 710am?!?! (i set my alarm at 730). I proceeded to check my hp's clock juz to confirm and it also said 710. i.e my clock rang an hr early!!! hilarious haha.. i tested the theory the next day by setting it to 830 and it really rang at 730! *shakeshead*
